Twitter Search Limited to Registered Users as Musk Hints Fleets Return

Twitter, under Elon Musk’s leadership, has limited access to its search function, now only available to registered users. This move comes after the social media giant removed blue checkmarks and reduced the reach of non-Twitter Blue accounts. Twitter has long been used by researchers and journalists as a platform for real-time event coverage, even by those without accounts. However, users without accounts can no longer search tweets as the option has been removed. Musk also hinted at the return of Fleets, the disappearing tweet feature that was scrapped in August.
